Our power op amp designs feature surface mount component construction, an isolated metal substrate, integral heat sink and optimized fan cooling for superior control of thermal resistance. Our approach decreases weight and system complexity while increasing power density. The result is striking- high performance compact turn-key solutions for many industrial power op amp applications. Our power op amp designs operate as simply as IC op amps but at far higher power levels.
Our power op amps are supported by evaluation (development) kits and optional accessory modules that add extra features and performance. SPICE models can be downloaded for your circuit simulator program and, as always, expert application assistance is available, too.

Power Amp Design evolved from a custom amplifier design consulting business into a catalog products business while accumulating over two decades of power engineering experience in high current and high voltage amplifiers with outputs up to 50 amps and 2000 volts. Power Amp Design offers an expanding choice of catalog products, but can also design custom amplifiers for your application, as well as modify existing designs to meet your specific requirements. For custom installations, most amplifier models are available without the heat sink and fan or can be supplied mounted to a passive heat sink.

Product Warranty
The warranty period for Power Amp Design products is 2 years from the invoice date. During this time period Power Amp Design will, at Power Amp Design's discretion, either repair or replace defective product, or refund the purchase price of product that is found by Power Amp Design to be defective by reason of defective components, workmanship or manufacturing processes. The warranty does not include fitness for use determination or product which is found to be defective by means of abuse, neglect, misapplication or any other conditions not covered by the product's specification data sheet. Power Amp Design is not liable for loss of anticipated profits, consequential damages, loss of time or losses incurred by the customer in connection with the purchase or use of its products.
